The 17 global goals

We believe that all 17 global goals are extremely important. We want to take our responsibility as a company for a sustainable, socially responsible world that we can leave behind to future generations with a clear conscience. However, we also know that we must start with "3S" – Simple Small Steps – and therefore we have looked at which of these 17 goals are well integrated into our existing work processes and where we have concrete metrics that show how we are doing.  

We believe integrity is important, i.e. what we say and do should also be reflected in concrete actions in our business. We have therefore started on a small scale by looking at which of these 17 goals are concrete in our company. In order for us to be a successful knowledge company that attracts the best people, it is obvious that we must work towards these goals in a way that is well integrated into our work processes. For us, these goals should be part of our DNA, but also guidelines for what we should continue to work towards.

Below, we have highlighted the areas that are currently part of our processes.

Good health

For us, this means that we have preventive corporate healthcare, which employees can seek out before they become ill. We have a balanced workload, with low numbers of employees reporting feeling overworked in the past three years.

Good education 

For us as a knowledge-based company, this means that we aim to provide 5 hours per week of personal and professional training over the next 5 years. Today, we offer 1.5 hours per week for personal and professional development. Everyone has their own budget and access to the world's largest training platform.

Gender equality

We have been fortunate to attract an even gender distribution in our recruitment. Today, we have 42% women and 58% men.

We comply with Swedish legislation and actively work to offer better benefits than those available collectively in society, such as better pension agreements.

Internally, we consider what we purchase and consume as a company. Our solutions for our customers are about increasing the lifespan of their assets and extending the product life cycle of these assets.
