We consider every one of the 17 Global Goals to be immensely important. As a company, we want to take our share of responsibility for a sustainable, socially responsible world that we can pass on to future generations with a clear conscience. At the same time, we know that we have to start with “3S” – Simple Small Steps. That is why we have looked at which of these 17 goals are already well integrated into our existing work processes, and where we have concrete metrics that show how we are doing.
Integrity matters to us: what we say and do should also be reflected in concrete actions in our business. We have therefore started on a small scale by looking at which of these 17 goals are already concretely present in our company. To be a successful knowledge company that attracts the very best, it is only natural for us to work towards these goals as a well-integrated part of our work processes. For us, these goals should be part of our DNA, but also guidelines for what we will keep working towards.
